Please drive around to the back of the building and park in the rear parking lot. Enter through the glass doors into the main lobby.

Once inside, proceed to the second hallway, where you will see a sign on the wall that says, “Your Medical Home.” There are two “Your Medical Home” signs, so please pass the first one and continue to the second sign, which is located on the wall.

You will also see signs posted for “SETWAC” and room 177. Simply follow those signs to room 177, where you will also find a sign posted on the door.
